Will it recover?

Although the snow is thawing fast there was still enough lying in the flower beds in the Botanic Gardens to trap this daffodil in its icy grip. I think it will continue to flower with its head in the earth.

My snowdrops have taken quite a battering and the wee flowers are flattened but snow free .... wonder if they will regain the strength to hold their heads high once more.
