What! ... No apricot pastries :-(

This morning I made my usual pre-church visit to Cafe Nero and there were NO apricot pastries today .... I had to make do with a pain au raisin instead and it just wasn't as yummy!

I had time for a bit of time to spare so I walked up Bath Street to Blythswood Square where there is a fairly large private garden, the gates being well padlocked so chance of sneeking in!  I did, however, stick my camera through the railings to take a picture of the purple crocuses forcing their way through the snow.

There has been a steady thaw throughout the day but there is still a long way to go before we can see the grass again.
