Flowers

This bunch of flowers has been a cheering addition to the house in the last few days, although it's a bit odd to be seeing these particular flowers at this time of year. They're a little faded at the edges now, and probably not all that happy with the light levels indoors, but they've given me something to try out the Fuji on while the conditions outside are so inclement. We had a quick walk to the local supermarket, which is now rather low on fresh produce, and then headed home. Although it's warming up a bit that means everything is turning to slush, so walking is not much fun. The cold weather has brought fieldfares into the garden - we hadn't seen any here for a while. They're such beautiful birds, and usually look as if they know it.
