Table top

We slept pretty well, up at a reasonable hour as we had already decided to spend a few hours at Dunham Massey as although pretty chilly it was bright and sunny. So off we went, after a toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel :-)

Boy were we glad we had wrapped up well, it was just 2 degrees.......but we walked our little,socks off, hub did really well considering his knee, we managed to clock up best part of 15,000 steps, either side of a cosy warm in the cafe, lovelt coffee and a sandwich :-) We were going to have soup, but didnt fancy honey & swede!!!

Took lots of images, plants, flowers, deer and themlike, but have plumped for this unusual planter, an old violin case planted up with bulbs, on top of the table ( well piano top actually !) Hopefully it fits the bill for,todays Mono Mondays theme of table top ?!

Spent the latter afternoon uploading and editing images in Lightroom, and finalising my homework for class tomorrow night.

Nothing to fancy for dinner this evening, one of us is having beef curry and the other beef stew........premade and frozen for convenience :-)

I have spent the last 3 hours with my camera and or laptop/tablet.......best put it away for a while now ;-)
