Shooting Gallery?

We had a good long sleep and didn't wake until 9ish......so both feeling refreshed and keen to get out for a walk, although it was a grey drab morning.

After breakfast we donned our waterproof jackets as rain was forecast in an hour or so.
Walk down into town, collect the papers, called in Reds for a cappuccino then walked back the longer circular route. Spotted these gulls lined up of this fence for today's blip.

The wind was getting up by the time we got home, and the rain wasn't far behind, luckily for us, it was after we were indoors :-)

Had scrambled eggs and bacon with brown toast for lunch. Did a couple of household chores. Cooked a piece of gammon in the oven for dinner, coated with honey, crushed black mustard seeds, soy and chilli :-)
Proper oven cooked jacket potatoes, sugar snap peas and saluted mushrooms to accompany it.

Watched my team v hubs team in the cup final this afternoon.....we were lucky, hubs team probably deserved to win :-/

Raining again now, hope it's better day tomorrow, weather wise :-/
