O little town of Bethlehem
On the outskirts of Bethlehem, just beyond Banksy's 'Walled Off Hotel', there is a Palestinian refugee community.
I am often confused by which of the zones I am in in Israel because I have the luxury of free movement. These people do not. With rubbish collections made only weekly and by the UN, the camp is strewn with rubbish and resources meagre.
I met some children who invited me into their little shop to buy chocolate. I like their charm and admired their entrepreneurial gift. However , with restrictions as they are I wonder what future they have.
