Ups and downs...and up again

I was really sad to see my sister go today, all good things come to an end eventually. She saw me through some really rough days when I felt Ill, in pain and very low. Just having her here was wonderful and she helped so much. Cooking, cleaning, driving me to appointments, supporting me whilst I had clips removed, shopping.... but most of all just being here. Thanks sis x

I waved her off and as I went back inside the house it all seemed very empty. It was nice to then speak to Pat and she came to pick me up and we went for a quick trip to Bents. We had a little mooch about and it was enough to lift me up again. Family and friends are really something to treasure.
