Snow Sleep :(

Oh to sleep all through the night....I wake up in pain and uncomfortable every two hours. It was whilst I was awake that I saw the first snowflakes falling in the early hours. By the time I got up the world was white. It was beautiful.

Sue came to pick me up and take me to the hospital as it was my first session at ‘Knee School’ this afternoon. It was a circuit class and there were about six of us, all at different stages of rehab. I was very keen to get on the exercise bike, but I was bitterly disappointed that I couldn’t quite do a full cycle. I had a go on the exercise bike where you pedal in front of you and with my teeth gritted and a slight lift of the hip I managed to pedal....it’s a start.

I’m aching a bit after it all and tired...with any luck I might sleep a bit better tonight.
