Sisters

I had a rehab appointment at 8am this morning. I was a tad nervous as I thought it was going to be painful, but Tom, the physio was lovely. He was pleased with everything so far even though I’ve probably not done as many of the exercises as I should...due to feeling so ill. Anyway, I am now booked into ‘Knee School’ starting on Tuesday.

We stopped off for a mini walk in Worsley Village in the sunshine (where a foolish crutch moment happened lol), but as it was bitingly cold we didn’t stop long. I needed a nap after all the excitement.

I met with the coven this afternoon but only for a short visit as I am wiped out again.
