Dighty

I've got a race tomorrow (though "race" is probably a misnomer given the course) so had a short, gentle run down by the ponds and burn. It's hard to believe this was once one of the most industrialised waterways in Scotland, and possibly even in a bigger area, when it had about 70 mills along its 20km length.
I also made some bread, went to the garden centre and did a load of little jobs.
It will be an early night as we have an early start.
