Birds behaving badly

Was to have met a friend this morning but she had to postpone it, hopefully we can meet up next week.
It started snowing as I left the house and continued until lunchtime but it didn't really settle and we didn't have much wind.
After lunch grandson decided he wanted to visit the ducks, there were quite a lot there and quite a bit of aggression going on - and 1 seems somewhat shocked and another pair aren't talking.
He didn't want to return home so we went to see the horses but they weren't so interesting as the other day as they were too busy with their hay.
