Daily walk

Firstly I am happy to say that my hubby is almost pain free today. A big improvement. He still has a bit of a "hamster pouch" look but I'm sure that will soon go. Just so happy he's out of pain.

We went for a short walk in the hills behind the apartment this afternoon. It was very cold out the sun. The wind had a bight to it but on the way back the wind dropped and it became very pleasant. We even managed afternoon tea on the terrace when we got back.
