Adam's been at it again

I don't normally do food for blip. I think this was the only time, but I might be wrong.
Jane is hosting a department get together this evening. Adam is doing the catering; chicken and chorizo will be followed by tartlets just like this and there will also be lemon meringue pie. All the deserts have been made with spelt pastry and creme patisserie that he made. I have a horrible feeling that there will be no tarts left for me to try; that must mean he has under catered. He even did a good job of tidying up as he went a long so the kitchen did not look like a bomb site.
