Bordesley Abbey

Jane and I had a trip into Worcester and then over to Redditch. Jane had a look round the Forge Mill Needle Museum; apparently Redditch was the place for needle making in Victorian times.

I had a wander around Bordesley Abbey. It is a medieval Cistercian Abbey that was in use until 1538. Then Henry VIII dissolved the monastic houses and Bordesley was demolished and the estates sold.

Shame someone had to put a steel shed up to ruin the view. I guess I should work out how to clone it out; now there is a project for a rainy day. Anyone know how difficult/easy it is using Photoshop Elements 10?
