Guerilla art

Guerilla art, also referred to as "street art", is a method of art where the artist leaves anonymous art pieces in public places. Of course this could just be someone with too much time on their hands at the council offices (although there was no sign of anyone working their on Saturday afternoon).
This stack of plastic cups was spotted as we walked from the Tower Street car park down Cross Street. We were walking down to see the craft market at the Cathedral. The craft market was disappointing; the entrance fee was just £1 but there were only 6 or 7 stalls not quite what we expected.
It made us smile so that seems like a good criteria for a blip.
