Beach crocus

Up and out for the second cinema visit of the weekend with Will, a second attempt after our failed efforts last Saturday. We saw Coco which is a wonderful film, all about how your family remains intact after you lose someone, you just need to keep their memory alive. We both cried a lot but it wasn’t sad, I found it more reassuring than anything else. Still makes me cry thinking about it again though.

After that 10am start, a more mundane dog walking, car cleaning and cooking afternoon. Roast chicken and then a few rounds of Concept. Daisy has a sore throat which she has three days to get rid of before her Berlin mini- break.

And for the record, burns night was fab as usual. Blip came in very handy for us to work out which year was the most ridiculously drunken, 2014 for me but ex-Benelia voted 2015. We are much more growned up and sedate these days.....
