Reward

For all the god awful walks Rosie and I have had on this beach recently. Well I have had, I think she couldn’t care less. It was calm, sunny and the tide was completely far away out giving lots of stone free sandy beach to walk on.

Good preparation for what turned out to be a full on day of meetings and tricky chat. Then leftover roast dinner and off for water polo fun.

Tomorrow I can go back to yoga. I slightly stunned at how much I have horribly missed it after 5 days without being able to fit a class in. This is a very unusual feeling.
