Memory Lane

My daughter gave me a Grandma Diary that contains lots of questions about the past & future. Those from the future of me as grandma I cannot answer yet as baby due has to grow another 3 months, but from the past I can answer now. I find it both amusing and weird to see questions that may be asked to me in the future. One of them is to put mum's first picture in it and so I copied today my daughter's initial photo, taken when she's 2 hours on earth and with us. It was a friend of mine who took this picture, she from Holland then stayed with us.

And roaming on memory lane I remember this shirt from her papa so well, like I can smell it now again... before and after the hand done laundry ~ funny that memories of scent never faint.
