High up and no view

The leader of today's walking group has access to one of the skyscrapers of Rotterdam, since he's an employee there, and thus he got us in the building and offered to take us up to its highest floor... 40 stories up! We'd not realised that the view from there would be disturbed by the low hanging clouds... such a pity! Oh this bridge is Erasmus bridge / The Swan of Rotterdam.
