Blue Skies Over da Neighbours

A wild morning of wind and rain, but the skies cleared and a sunny afternoon.  Gales have picked up tonight, and getting stronger, with rain lashing off the windows.

Up early and headed out with others to help big Brian.  The poor morning put a stop to our plans!  I took advantage of the poor day, and got my cleaning chores done.  Madeline and Marion Henry popped by in the afternoon for a cuppa, followed by mam and Elise.  We also headed out for a big walk with Sammy.  Off out again tonight, another surprise birthday party.  

I had looked at the forecast for Saturday, and they had us down for a day of wind and rain, all day long.  If I'd known the sun was going to be out, I would have had washing ready, and now missed a great drying day!  This is looking over my neighbour Cathy, Houl Road, Scalloway.
