A place in time

Molly

Well, here's Molly (again).  Our frequently photographed neighbour's cat, making herself comfy on one of the kitchen chairs.  Her mum is away at the moment, so another neighbour is going in to feed her and Barney, I believe.  But she gets quite desperate without her hoomans.....so keeps popping round to see us.

A fairly productive day...still gently bimbling round the house (and loving it), then had my line dancing class at noon.  Sadly, whatever virus I had that laid me low is still taking a time to shift, as I felt completely shattered after just an hour and ten minutes of line dancing today.   A couple of the girls were staying on for the next class straight after our one...but I know my limits at the moment, and the extra class (although I'd love it) will have to wait.

So, a wee lie down rest in the afternoon and I was ready for yoga in the evening.  Being the "gem" that I (now) am, I had prepared homemade lasagne and popped it in the oven as I left for yoga, leaving "the boys" turbo training in the garage, so that their meal was ready by the time they were finished.

Thought for the day:

"A cat purring on your lap is more healing than any drug in the world, as the vibrations you are receiving are of pure love and contentment."  (St Francis of Assisi)
