Bubbles

Nothing too exciting though, it's my vitamin c effervescent tablet in water.

Dentist was good. Didn't mention that I needed anything filling. Did say that my gums were inflamed and slightly receding and wants me to keep brushing until they bleed and keep on.

My brother was a bit off today. Maybe he's getting weary of me asking for lifts but I try to ask different people so I'm not putting on anyone too much.

District nurse showed up to check on mum and we had a good chat about my situation. She saw those details and thought it all looked good too. I've started trying to eat more healthily but overdid it a bit with the veg and ended up with a bit of stomach ache.

My old school friend came to visit this afternoon and that was good. Apparently her brother chose not to have chemo and went down the route of healthy eating. He went over to Brazil but got conned into believing he was cured and found he wasn't.

The nurse who came had had cancer in her mouth and they took bone away to stop it returning.

Wish my lungs didn't feel so congested. Must be the fresh air that has set me off.
So tired tonight. Will watch 'A house through time' and go to sleep.
