Belconnen Arts Centre

This rather attractive building is on the shores of Lake Ginninderra. It's difficult to get a good shot of it. From most angles one can see behind it a concrete multi-level car park, or a concrete block (the exterior of a rather ugly shopping mall). The exterior of the building is covered with sheets of zinc varying between 250 mm and 650 mm wide. Each sheet was individually installed and each joint hand folded. I'm looking forward to see how it will look when stage 2 is done ...
