Following on from yesterday's entry...
I've heard it said many times, and by many people, that good composition is vital in black & white photography because you can't use colour to hide poor composition.

In preparation for trying to do some decent black & white images for this month's project, I took myself over to Stourhead to do some composition exercises. This montage shows my attempts at finding 12 different views of the same thing: the Palladian bridge.
