Notebook

I've decided to have a second go at A Year With My Camera this year. I tried last year, but work got stupidly busy, I got stressed and I ended up in hospital with a rather serious heart problem as a result! 

I saw the cardiologist for a follow-up this week and the news is positive - my heart looks as though it's back to the right shape (yes, really!) and I'm making a good recovery. I haven't been discharged yet though, because of the ongoing tiredness and breathlessness - I have to go for another scan in 3 months' time to assess my heart function. But I have had one medication reduced and been taken off another one completely (but the other 4 are unchanged - I rattle!)

This lovely notebook was a Christmas gift and I plan to make good use of it.
