This walk with Nira blew the cobwebs away before we headed back to the mainland.

Just after the sunlight, the rain came sideways and by the time we got back to the house we were both drookit!

As our party host was unwell we headed home a bit early and managed to visit my uncle who is very poorly. What a lovely man he is-when J visits he has the opportunity to have a wee dram which they both enjoy. We reminisced about his family in Ireland and I learned something I never knew about my grandfather. Life is full of surprises isn’t it?
