Miss M at the Bay

Today began with a Loony Dook by our two intrepid fitness wonders. The sun was shining and it looked magical but freezing cold!
We went to Ettrick as usual for lunch and a walk before the little miss wanted to investigate this rock on the beach in front of our house. It has been painted and looks as fetching as miss M herself.
