Pylon Army

Taken on our walk in the bright winter sunlight this morning - a row of pylons and wires marching off into the distance. Another on of my “104 Things To Photograph” list ticked off. The cluster of white buildings on the horizon is the British Library at Thorp Arch - just over 2 miles as the crow flies. Nothing like blending in with the surroundings.

I finally got around to trimming a piece of kitchen fascia to fit in the gap above the new oven. It needed about 7mm taking off top and bottom as the new oven is marginally taller than the old one.

That is about as exciting as the day got.
