A View Up The Track

A trip to the supermarkets this morning for some supplies for the next few days - one was quiet and one was hell on earth. Fighting for space in the car park - really??? on a Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock? Come on folks get real. It really does my head in.

Then I finished off the Christmas cards and posted them.

Engineer called for the annual boiler service / inspection just after lunch - and then we got to go out for our walk - Poor Finlay was beside himself waiting to go!

This was the view up the lane as we headed back towards the village - the setting sun and heavy clouds made for some great colours. I like the sweep of the lane leading up to the trees.  Looks good in large against a black background
