End of the day EB

thank you for all the kind & thoughtful comments on yesterday's ramblings, always good to read other peoples experiences and perspectives.

Our hectic weekend of socialising meant a foggy grim drive  down the M6 to the UK's finest city & back - views were not forthcoming.

We had a lovely early lunch with J&R, some 1:1 time ahead of 1:many was just right - then an afternoon trying to remember the names of those third and fourth removed members of the extended marital family and the interwoven connections.

I've still not mastered the group photo, and I refuse to blip the castle cake that was made for the 21yr olds birthday (poor lad, a little overshadowed by the mass exchanging of Christmas gifts) - so when we finally got home I went for an EB of the member of our family who is somehow both the lowest and highest maintenance - but she does like a cuddle.
