Son et Lumière at the Minster

A lovely family day today - indeed a lovely family two days, as I'm blipping this at the end of the second of those days! My youngest son, his young lady and their dog came down from London for a visit - it was so lovely to see them and was great to have all three of my sons together! Lunch at son number two's and then a walk down to the beach and some beach fun with the grandchildren. The light was glorious as the sun went down and I could so easily have chosen a blip from there but then there was still the evening.....

For one evening only, there was a son et lumière show in Wimborne when a variety of images, both traditional and modern, were projected onto the minster walls - it was quite a display and rather unusual, so had to be my blip!


And finally back home to warm up, drink sherry and relax with a glass of wine over dinner - what a lovely day!
