Glowing in the Sun

After some showers overnight and this morning by the afternoon the clouds cleared to it turned into a lovely sunny day. There was a cool wind blowing. They say the heat is back tomorrow for a few days.

It is good to see the Christmas lilies (Lilium regale) in flower. This one is in a pot that I brought from our other place. They seem to be early this year. Some years you are lucky to get one in flower before Christmas.
