Looking Down on Akaora Harbour

We left Akaora early so we could take a drive to Okains Bay on our way back to Christchurch. It was a lovely warm and sunny morning. By the time we got to the summit road you couldn't see a thing because of the low cloud and drizzle. In Okains Bay it was drizzling so didn't stop. We then went over the hill to Little Akaloa.

As we were getting closer to Christchurch you could see the dark clouds. We just got the car unpacked when the rain came down. Great to see but it hasn't lasted very long enough. I didn't think Akaora got any rain today.. I was hoping they would.. My garden needs it!
