A Touch of Orange

A pretty little Geum flower in my garden to brighten up the gloomy grey day. There was a odd drop of rain and once again it has been warm.

We had a wonderful evening out last night with our neighbours and they invited us back to their place for desert. We had a delicious gooseberry meringue pie. I had never tasted one before. It was made from their own gooseberries they have growing in their garden. Also we had a wonderful desert wine and chocolates. Very spoilt.

We maybe going into the city tonight as they have some special events on. John is still making up his mind. So it may not happen!
