Took my eye this morning. Didn't find anything I liked more.

Had a visit from the friend who came with me to my appointments at the start and heard what was said and explained to me. So it's concerning that the nurse who spoke to us is now saying there must have been a misunderstanding about things being proposed.
I can't help but feel nurses are just impossibly over concerned about being sued and so they'll try and make you out as being the one who misunderstood rather than it being due to them telling you something different.
Now I'm afraid I cannot trust or believe that nurse now and she's the one who has been allocated to me to support me. I can't see the point of asking her anything now and so it undermines her whole purpose.
Why can't they be honest ?
Maybe some patients are too ready to jump on the slightest thing to take to a solicitor but it's costing other patients peace of mind.
Peace of mind is priceless.
