Sunday

Very late night / early morning but for some reason I was awake and up at a decent hour and oddly feeling pretty okay. Waved Carlos and Anna off for a day trip to his parents and took the mutt for a walk. The rest of the day has been a relaxed one with my boy who is looking strong for a return to school tomorrow. And we have a plan for a reduced timetable for a few weeks which we are all feeling good about.
