...he's a comfort on days like today.

Early this morning I got a text from DHL saying they were going to deliver my new Passport. I stayed home & waited & waited... By 5pm I erupted & phoned DHL & asked politely what the f*** was going on?

"Not to worry, monsieur - it will be delivered tomorrow during office hours". Grrrr.....

Thing is the Passport Office promised the new document within four weeks - & here it is turning up just 8 days after application!

Not get it...
