RE-VARNISHED

This is the headstock of that wicked $14,000 guitar with its Brazilian rosewood & its ivory nut & bridge saddle which CC brought through US Customs & Excise. Had they examined it, it would have been trashed.

Happy to report that it sounds much better for its new varnish!

Just kidding - it does sound better though, thanks to a new set of strings. There's no doubt it's such an incredibly beautiful instrument that I can understand the eyes of the beholder looking out the credit card...

Nevertheless, as a musician - at that price - I'd let my ears have the final decision!
