NEW DELIVERY!

Today I received another couple of bottles from the SMWS - this is from the Linkwood distillery. Decided to sample this one first as I know Linkwood is a favourite of our Meles.

If you ignore the outrageously pretentious spiel on the bottle - the taste is glorious! In general I like my whisky with water, but this is better neat.

Tomorrow I'll sample the other one - from the Glen Grant Distillery - fingers crossed.

The extra gives you a glimpse of the headstock of the German "lute-guitar" I've been working on - most impressed by the tuners which have been embedded! And yes, Kaybee - there's a screw missing - we have half a kilo of wee screws to choose from!
