2017 Stobo Photoshoot

Ah well the Stobo shenanigans for the distaff side of the family are over for another year. We had our last lunch at noon today to allow daughters #2, #4 and #5 to get home to collect children from school leaving me and daughters #1 and #3 to take a last walk round the grounds and the Italian Gardens. The frost overnight has made for a dramatic leaf fall with the leaves fluttering to earth like confetti with a sound of pattering raindrops.

My 2017 Stobo photograph was accomplished in far too much of a hurry, but we did manage to get the correct order of seniority in the line up.

It has been a wonderful two days of sister and mother bonding and already we are planning next year’s get together.
