Straight Down the Hatch!

Raspberry liqueur, straight from the bottle, down the hatch, no niceties involved. I put the dregs from Stobo out of their misery this morning.
Thankfully, that is everything attended to as the remaining chocolates were dispatched yesterday. I can now get back on track with boring abstemious living.

I have been quite surprised how difficult it has been to come back down to earth and take up the reins again of being chief cook and bottle washer in the Dower House. It is so easy to get used to being pandered to with delicious meals and an array of pastimes in an idyllic setting. Still, home is where the heart is and that is what matters the most.
