Toys Glorious Toys

We were out and about with H & J in town today and popped into Hamley's toy shop in Jenners department store to pick a birthday present for our eldest niece - she turns five next weekend. What is it about toy shops that turn otherwise rational adults into children again? It was great and I particularly liked this giant lego Thomas the Tank Engine.

We also went and checked out one of Jimi Hendrix's guitars which has arrived at the Hard Rock Cafe. Cooooool. It's right by the door but we didn't fancy our chances of legging it with it...

Now the rain is battering against the window but all we have to do is eat fajitas and watch movies. Perfect!
