This was a good day

Brilliant, brilliant day.

Got up, had a sandwich and watched a bit of daytime telly while eating a sandwich (decadence) and then climbed Arthur's Seat with my cousin and her husband (H & J). It was blustery, slippy and very cold but we made it to the top and managed to avoid getting blown off. It was a great sense of achievement despite the fact that we ended up muddy with runny noses and was only slightly marred by the immaculate woman that appeared up there after us in a cream coat and high-heeled boots. This guy was taking lots of photos - perhaps a fellow blipper?

Mr D and I went out for my brother's 16th birthday dinner and then joined H & J at my Mum and Stepdad's, where much wine was consumed. When we finally made it back home we stayed up until 5am blethering. Ace.
