View towards Belstone Tor

We were out with the walking group today on the practical side of a map reading course.  We started in South Zeal and headed out onto Dartmoor passing a stone row, see extra and then onto a stone circle for lunch.  Both useful points to test our directional skills.  After crossing a ford we headed back to South Zeal with this view looking across to Belstone Tor.  A good day out, we didn't get lost and will hopefully remember some of the tips and skills.  We were lucky with the weather to as the rain held off until we were just getting back to the cars.
