Garden delight

Its so lovely having a garden again.  Today the finishing touches were applied, planting a few Clematis and rearranging pebbles and stones. We have been so busy, the only photos I took today were of the garden, so here you have a view of part of it.  

Just back from an evening lecture on one of the oldest iron foundries in Exeter with a history dating back to 1661 (Garton and King).  Fascinating but a pity that the buildings are no longer standing.  I will look at various metal items in the street or historic kitchens with an added interest now.
