De-coning the dual carriageway

What a miserable weather day!  We drove out to Otley to do a supermarket shop and then on to Ilkley to pick up some orienteering equipment for Tony's night event next week.  For the remainder of the afternoon I've finished processing my Czech photos and started a Blurb book of them.

We were just passing in the car a little too early to catch this chap leaning out to pick up a cone from the road.  It was not the best of days for the team of Council employees who were mowing the grass on the central reservation and hoovering up the leaves.
