Home Sweet Home

Well what a day!  Mary and I were up at before dawn to carry her ornaments around to her new bungalow.  A couple of hours later the removal guys arrived and did a very professional job of emptying her old house.  As they were moving her things in to the bungalow, the new cooker and washer arrived and were busy being plumbed in.  No sooner had they packed up the van then the carpet fitter returned to lay the kitchen flooring and the television aerial fitter fitted the new television aerial!

We still have painting to finish and the curtain pole needs to go up in the living room, and the blinds need to arrive, but finally Mary is comfortably in and her living room is sunny and cosy.
