Estate*2

In the best of the weather in the morning I went for a pleasant stroll round the Estate, where the autumn colours are starting to look good. This also gave me a warm-up for my second visit when, curious to know if I could do the club's 10k trail run at less than five minutes per kilometre, I managed it with a bit to spare.
