Wheal Martyn

Chalk Clay was mined and still is here, we took a long walk around the area dating back to Victorian times where health and safety went out the window.

We then took a trip to St Austell brewery although we only looked around the shop as the dogs couldn't go in the experience and we couldn't leave them in the van as we finally had sunshine.

We then took a worthwhile trip to Polperro a lovely old fishing village, worth the worry of getting the campervan up and down the hills as it was very pretty.

Then we had to sample a half of the St Austell beer.
