Park Life

I've only done 19 entries, I'm not even into photography, an yet I found myself today planning my day around what I might blip. So this afternoon, I headed out with the kids to Duthie Park in Aberdeen. The ground was frozen, but we were wrapped up warmly and had fun. We played for a while on the Victorian Bandstand which has recently been renovated. Another rejected pic of it here.

When our fingers were so cold they might have fallen off soon, we headed into the David Welsch Winter Gardens which the kids love. We stopped in the Arid House for a snack where I got this cactus shot which I really like.

It's unusual for me to get one good shot let alone 3 I think are pretty good (for me!) so here is a flower and here is a wee colourful patch of flowers
